These Terms govern your use of Tractor Pro (com.tractorpro) and https://tractorpro.app, operated by Rahul Lagariya in India. By using the app you agree to these Terms.
1. Service description
Tractor Pro is a free work-session and earnings tracker for tractor operators. It is not a payment processor, bank, or legal billing authority. Calculations and analytics are operational aids only.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or age of majority in your region).
3. Accounts
Cloud sync requires Google Sign-In. You are responsible for your Google account security and all activity under your profile.
4. Acceptable use
Use the app for lawful business record-keeping: logging real work, tracking payments, exporting your data.
5. Prohibited use
- Reverse-engineering or bypassing security, ads, or Firebase rules
- Fraudulent session data or automated rewarded-ad farming
- Unauthorized access to other users’ data
- Harassment, malware, or illegal activity
6. Your data
You own the business information you enter. You grant us a limited license to host and sync it to provide the service. Obtain any consent needed from farmers whose details you store.
7. Advertising
The app uses Google AdMob (banner, interstitial, rewarded). Four implement directory entries are Premium and may require a rewarded video to unlock in-session. Ad terms are also governed by Google.
8. Intellectual property
Tractor Pro code, design, implement directory content, and website materials belong to Rahul Lagariya. No copying or derivative works without written permission.
9. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES. Implement HP guidance is general information. Sync may fail offline. We are not a party to disputes between you and farmers.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed ₹5,000 INR or amounts you paid us (zero for the free app), whichever is greater.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your misuse or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend cloud access for violations. You may stop using the app anytime and request data deletion per our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Rajkot, Gujarat have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms; the effective date will change. Continued use means acceptance.
