# Terms & Conditions — Tractor Pro **Effective date:** June 3, 2026 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the **Tractor Pro** Android application (`com.tractorpro`) and the website **https://tractorpro.app**, operated by **Rahul Lagariya** ("we", "us", "our"), an individual developer based in India. By signing in, downloading, installing, or using Tractor Pro, you agree to these Terms. Description of Service Tractor Pro is a **free** agricultural work-session and earnings tracking tool for tractor operators and related businesses. It helps you log jobs, calculate amounts in Indian Rupees (₹), track paid and unpaid work, set payment reminders, view analytics, browse an implement reference directory, and export data. The app is **not** a payment processor, bank, or legal billing authority. --- ## 2. Eligibility You must be at least **18** years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for compliance with local laws regarding agricultural contracting and record-keeping. --- ## 3. Account & Google Sign-In - Access to cloud sync requires **Google Sign-In** via Firebase Authentication. - You are responsible for securing your Google account credentials and all activity under your account. - Notify us promptly at [support@tractorpro.app](mailto:support@tractorpro.app) if you suspect unauthorized access. --- ## 4. Acceptable Use You agree to use Tractor Pro only for lawful business purposes, including: - Recording genuine work sessions and payment status for your operations - Exporting or sharing your own business records --- ## 5. Prohibited Use You must not: - Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app, ads, or Firebase security - Submit false, fraudulent, or malicious session data - Automate ad views or bypass rewarded-ad unlocks for premium implement templates - Attempt unauthorized access to other users’ Firestore data - Use the app to harass others, distribute malware, or violate applicable law - Scrape or overload our website or backend infrastructure --- ## 6. Your Content & Data You retain ownership of the business information you enter (farmer names, amounts, notes, etc.). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and sync that data solely to provide the service (including Firestore hosting). You are responsible for accuracy of entries and for obtaining any consent needed from farmers whose details you store. --- ## 7. Monetization & Advertising Tractor Pro is provided **without subscription fees**. Revenue comes from **Google AdMob** advertisements: - Banner, interstitial, and rewarded ad formats - Four implement directory entries are labeled **Premium** and may require watching a rewarded ad to unlock logging for that template in the current session Ad availability and formats may change. Third-party ad networks have their own terms and privacy practices. --- ## 8. Intellectual Property The Tractor Pro name, logo, app design, source code, website content, implement directory text, and translations are owned by **Rahul Lagariya** or licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app for personal or business record-keeping. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative products from our IP without written permission. --- ## 9. Disclaimers THE APP AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED **"AS IS"** AND **"AS AVAILABLE"** WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Specifically: - **Calculations** (totals, collection rates, trends) are operational aids only; verify amounts before demanding payment. - **Implement directory** HP ranges and descriptions are general guidance, not manufacturer specifications. - **Sync** may fail offline or during outages; local data may differ temporarily from cloud data. - We are **not** a party to disputes between you and farmers or clients. --- ## 10. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, **Rahul Lagariya** SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF TRACTOR PRO, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS (ZERO FOR THE FREE APP) OR (B) ₹5,000 INR. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. --- ## 11. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the app, your session data, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights. --- ## 12. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to cloud sync or the app if you violate these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it and requesting data deletion per our Privacy Policy. --- ## 13. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of **India**. Courts in **Rajkot, Gujarat** shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your locality. --- ## 14. Changes We may modify these Terms.
