To comply with Google Play's Data Safety policies for applications supporting account creation (Google Sign-In), Tractor Pro provides this public page to allow you to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data.
1. How to Request Account Deletion
To delete your Tractor Pro account and all data synchronized to the cloud, please send an email request to our support team:
Email Deletion Request
Recipient:
Subject Line:
Tractor Pro Account Deletion Request
Information to include:
- The Google email address used to sign in to the Tractor Pro app.
- A statement confirming you want your account and all associated cloud-synced data deleted.
Important Note: You must send this email from the same Google email address used to log in to the Tractor Pro app. This helps us verify your identity and prevents unauthorized deletion requests.
2. What Data is Deleted
Once your deletion request is processed (within 7 business days), all information linked to your Firebase user account will be permanently deleted from our live databases. This includes:
- User Profile: Your Google name, email address, profile photo URL, and unique database identifier (Firebase UID).
- Work Sessions: All business log records including farmer names, implements used, quantities, billing rates, totals, notes, and payment statuses.
- Farmer Records: Associated ledger summaries and contact phone numbers.
- Payment Reminders: Local scheduled database records synced online.
After this process completes, your data is completely gone and cannot be recovered.
3. Data We May Retain & For How Long
To ensure security, prevent service abuse, and fulfill basic operational logging requirements, the following exceptions apply:
- Security Logs: Standard system connections and web server logs (including anonymous IP addresses) are stored securely for up to 30 days, after which they are automatically deleted.
- No Financial Data: Tractor Pro does not collect, process, or store financial transaction details (such as credit card numbers or banking information). Thus, no financial records are retained.
4. How to Delete Local Data Immediately
If you want to clear your local offline data immediately from your phone without waiting for the support team:
- Open the Tractor Pro app on your Android device.
- Go to Settings from the navigation menu.
- Tap Sign Out. This clears all local cache files, Room SQLite database records, and Tink-encrypted local preferences from your device.
Please note that signing out does not delete cloud-synchronized backups. To delete cloud data, you must follow the email request procedure in Section 1.
