This policy describes the Tractor Pro Android app (com.tractorpro) and website https://tractor-pro.pages.dev.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

1.1 Account (Google Sign-In via Firebase Authentication)
- Firebase UID, email, display name, profile photo URL

1.2 Work session data (you enter)
- Farmer name, optional mobile number, implement, measurement type (Hours, Bigha, Acre, Hectare, Trips), quantity, rate, total, notes (max 500 chars), paid/unpaid status, reminder dates
- Stored locally (Room) and synced to Cloud Firestore at users/{uid}/workSessions when signed in

1.3 Push notifications
- FCM token and device ID at users/{uid}/fcmTokens/{deviceId}

1.4 App preferences (encrypted locally with Google Tink AES-256-GCM)
- Language (en, hi, gu) and theme (system, light, dark)

1.5 Ads and analytics
- Google AdMob may collect ad-related data per Google policies
- Google UMP records ad consent choices where required
- Firebase Analytics receives only custom ad lifecycle events (ad requested, loaded, shown, clicked, dismissed, reward granted). Farmer names, phone numbers, and session notes are NOT sent to Analytics.

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
- Provide logging, calculations, sync, reminders, push messages, and ads
- We do not sell work session data

3. WHERE DATA IS STORED
- Device: Room database; encrypted preferences
- Cloud: Firebase Firestore (Google)
- CSV export: app-private cache via FileProvider (not auto-uploaded)
- android:allowBackup is false; database excluded from cloud backup rules

4. PERMISSIONS
Internet, network state, notifications, boot completed (reminder restore), vibrate, wake lock.
We do NOT request camera, microphone, location, contacts, or external storage.

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Google: Firebase Auth, Firestore, FCM, Analytics, AdMob, UMP

Call Farmer opens your phone dialer; we do not record calls.

6. ADVERTISING
- Banner ads on sessions, analytics, settings, implements screens
- Interstitial ads may show after saving a session (cooldown applies)
- Rewarded ads unlock four premium implement templates: Potato/Veg Planter, Baler, Combine Harvester, Laser Land Leveler

7. DATA RETENTION
Local data cleared on sign-out; cloud data until deletion request.

8. SECURITY
TLS, Firebase rules, encrypted preferences. No method is 100% secure.

9. YOUR RIGHTS AND DELETION
- Edit/export data in the app
- Sign out: clears local cache and FCM token; does NOT delete cloud sessions
- Full deletion: email supporttractorpro@gmail.com from your Google account email; processed within 5 business days where feasible

10. CHILDREN
Not intended for users under 13. Contact us to delete child data.

11. INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING
Data may be processed on Google infrastructure outside India.

12. CHANGES
We may update this policy; effective date will change.
